Guess Who's Coming to Dinner

Folks, this is Autumnelle Ottomas, a Customarian.

Yes, I said Ottomas, and yes, I said Customarian.

Autumnelle, or Nellie as she is commonly referred to, is Dora Ottomas' niece.

In another time and in another place

Dora Ottomas had a brother named Damien.

Damien was a fortune sim who had no fortune. You see,

Damien had a gambling problem. The problem being he wasn't very good at it.

He also had a thing for Customarian women, and this beauty right here stole his heart away.

This is Adelaide Sugah from Sugahstowne (the sweetest place)

Adelaide, well, let's just say she was a romance sim looking for woohoo candidate #15

when she met Damien.

She never saw him coming.

Indeed he liked what he saw and wondered if she felt the same.

She did.

They were instantly smitten.

They became 3 bolt loves. The energy between them was unimaginable.

And so one thing...

led to another...

and another...

Until,

after a very difficult,

very, very difficult

excruciating labor process...

this little nooboo was born.

Nellie grew up well and was such a good baby. Even though her parents never completely turned from their ways, they were able to enjoy moments like these.

Nellie continued to grow up well and was a very good student. This is the last photo taken of Autumnelle in her early days, as soon after this was taken, she was taken, by the social worker.

Her father had died in a freak lightning storm and her mom had a short battle with pneumonia. She became very interested in social work and worked her way up the Counseling Psychology career path.

Today, she is still studying, this time a cookbook.

She wants everything to be perfect.

You see today, thanks to 23Sim-me she will be united with he family

and she will do something she has not done in a very long time...

Finding Love

When we last spoke, our experts were working on the Love family. Here are the results.

The Loves!

Here is the family. Surprisingly, they were not found where I expected.

Older brother Christian fighting with sister, Demi (yes this IS Christian Love) He was hiding out downtown. As stated previously Escape is a land of second chances, so we lured him in with the promise of a short rewind in time. I think he’s upset because younger sister Demi has joined the NPC Police Academy

Though she has other aspirations, she is very proud of herself.

Then, of course, there’s Sara. She looks so much like her mother.

In our search, turns out, Herbert has a younger brother, Jasper and a niece, Chris. Aside from the red hair and mannerisms, I guess she must favor her mother, who sadly is not here.

There are 3 more Love children, 2 found in CASsia and 1 among the Moddedites, mostly because Sylvia wants to marry off 6. We can meet them later. That’s a lot of love at one time!

Now to Sara’s love… This is the Hart Family. Matthew's parents and older brother Mark.

Meet Reverend Malachi Hart, loved by all or at least his first lady.

And now… wait! This just in! The Newsons’ paternal grandparents and possibly one other relative have been located and are currently “in process”. They have submitted a photo for your viewing pleasure.

Classification Breakdown

Here in Escape are 2 classifications of Sim, the Maxians and the Customarians. The Maxians are the original inhabitants of the area, many of whom we have seen before. The Customarians are those who were created in other worlds and are currently migrating here. The migration turned out to be so massive it is taking longer than expected, but that’s another tale. Today we are still focusing on the Natives. While our top genealogists, the census takers, and the amazing experts at 23Sim-me are busy logging and categorizing, here are some interesting discoveries… Under the Maxian classification are 3 sub categories – Originese(Natives), CAS-sians, and the Moddedites. This is only important to our scientists but I thought it was interesting to know that among these three groups, relational ties are being discovered.

For example, this is DJ Verse, an Originese.

This is her family. Mother Dominique in the purple exercise set. Father Paul and sister Lainey.

They are CAS-sians and the four found each other actually just outside of Fiesta Tech in a little town called Sedona. I don't know why they were wandering, maybe they were lost. Sedona is an abandoned area of desert. They are currently getting to know each other... again?

Here we have Jessie and Joan Pilferson. One an Originese and the other a Moddedite. Jessie is a freshman at Fiesta Tech. Her big sister Joan is an FBI agent. She is currently living in an agent safe house learning to train future agents that will be needed once the new government forms.

Jessie was so excited to learn of her sister. Sadly their parents didn't make it. Here Jessie is telling Joan that it would be great if they could move together once she finishes college.

 

Meet Colonel Montague Bratford. A CAS-sian.

The Colonel is a wealthy philanthropist, which is very ironic since he left his daughter and wife many years before y3k to pursue his own way. He never once even wrote to see about his daughter Monica. Not even after his wife (who never remarried) died of a broken heart.

Escape is the land of second chances and he and Monica have been reunited.

 

Evidently he was not as excited as Monica about the reunion. Hey! recognize this house at all? Its the House of Fallen Trees located Downtown. He's just moved in.

 

Can you feel the love? Can you see any resemblance?

 

 

Well, this is the last family for this installment. Our experts are currently working on the family of Sarah Love. The parents have both been located, and a sister. There is a brother, but he is said to be a gearhead townie and therefore he his hard to get a hold of. 

 

The Natives

While the migration continues, let’s meet “The Natives”. These are just a few families that I have “followed” over the years from different towns. Now, they will be all right here together! Fun!

The Monty's - It was difficult to get them together and keep them for photo - so busy! Still not everyone is shown.
